Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds will be made in the
cases of:
1. Customer error: customer
mistakenly enrolled (paid) more than once for the same course(s).
2. Provider error: credits not being reported by me
within 10 days of receipt of your properly filled-out affidavit form.
3. Other: customer may
request refund within 60 days of purchase for any credits
not used.
